HEY !! Guys here is the new and interesting discussion between Smith & John regarding AAT Review and Appeals.
Smith: Hey John, I got a reply from Immigration for my Student Visa” (excitedly)
John: Great, let’s have a look together. (with curiosity)
When Smith opens that email, he sees that he got nothing but visa refusal. He was in shock now.
Next scene somewhere on road bench
John: how did this happened? How come you have got long gaps in your studies as mentioned in your refusal letter
Smith: As soon as I landed in Australia, my housemates forced me to get a good job so that I can meet all my expenses whereas I’d never did a job back home. Those odd jobs were never easy for me. After then when I started my classes, I found it very difficult to balance my studies and job . Not just this, the school environment and assignment patterns were very difficult compare to my home country. I started missing my family and went in severe depression. Ultimately I couldn’t focus on my studies. (Back to reality talking to John John)
John: I don’t want to go back to home with incomplete degree. my father always dream that he wants to see me with Australian Qualification and that to help him in his business. I believe if I would have hired a Registered Migration Agent, he could have explained my situation to my case officer in a better way. (John advised him)
Now if you are in such situation, I would recommend Think Higher Consultants who can take you out from this trouble. Their migration agents are specialized in attending these cases in AAT and I have seen so many successful cases through them.
Smith visited Think Higher Consultants and met one of their migration agent and he explained his situation to him. Migration Agent also appeared in tribunal to support Smith and explained his situation to tribunal member. As soon as tribunal heard Smitih’s condition, he granted him his student visa, by making sure that now he’ll complete his remaining course on time with no further delays. (Smith was on seventh sky when he got approval)
