Financial Year Nomination Quota By State Or Territory 2021

According to the information by the Department of Home Affairs Australia, The Department has given the order on allocated nomination quota to the states and territories government agency of final allotment for the remainder of the skilled Nomination program.

That Includes Skilled Regional Sponsored Visas (Subclass 491), Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190), Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 188), and Business Talent (Permanent) Visa (Subclass 132).

Below are the nomination quota allocated by the state or territory government agency of Australia till now (March 2021)

The table below shows the number of migrants who applied for the state or territory government and received the nomination in till March 2021.

Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, there is a general right of access to information held by Commonwealth Departments and Authorities. The data above shows the number of migrants successfully granted the visa by the individual state or territory government.

Australia has a big number of quota available until 1 July 2021, There are more than 5000 interim nomination quota allocations available to apply for.

Below is the chart that shows how many nominations can be granted to the migrants until June 2021.

The table below shows the number of migrants who can apply for the state or territory government and received the nomination till 1 July 2021.

As you can see there are a lot of allocated nomination quota available to apply for, Currently open status implies that applicants meeting current criteria can apply for EOI and nomination application if invited by state authority. However, nominations will only be issued once the quota is allocated to the respective state for this financial year.

Australian Capital Territory

Australian Capital Territory has 365 nominations which are 294 in Skilled Nomination visa (subclass 190), 65 in Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491), less than 20 in Business Innovation and Investment visa (Subclass 188) and 20 in Business Talent Visa (Subclass 132).

As of now, the Australian Capital Territory has nominated 34 immigrants in Skilled Nomination visa (subclass 190), 20 migrants in Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491), and none of the nomination has been made for Business Innovation and Investment visa (Subclass 188), and Business Talent Visa (Subclass 132). It turned into nearly 300 nomination quota opportunities that can be allocated for the next 4 months.

New South Wales

On the other hand, New South Wales has 663 nominations which are 357 in Skilled Nomination visa (subclass 190), 101 nominations in Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491), over 200 in Business Innovation and Investment visa (Subclass 188) and 20 in Business Talent Visa (Subclass 132).

For the time being, New South Wales has only allocated less than 20 nominations for all visas combined, which shows that there are more than 600 opportunities for the applicants to get the visa nominations.

Northern Territory

In the Northern Territory, the immigrant’s applicants nominated are around 100. That is 75 in Skilled Nomination visa (subclass 190), and the other 23 nominations are for Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491).

The applicants have the opportunity to get the benefit of nearly 200 applications available in Skilled Nomination visa (subclass 190), Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491), and Business Innovation and Investment visa (Subclass 188).

Queensland

The highest number of nominations are allocated by Queensland that are 1,118 nominations, divided into 382 nominations for Skilled Nomination visa (subclass 190), 210 for Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491), 401 nominations for Business Innovation and Investment visa (Subclass 188), and other 125 for Business Talent Visa (Subclass 132).

Till now, only 366 Nominations have been made, which means that the migrants have a chance for over 750+ of allocated nominations.

South Australia

For the South Australia State, the number of nominations has been made till now is 78 for Skilled Nomination visa (subclass 190), 69 for Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491), and less than 20 nominations for Business Innovation and Investment visa (Subclass 188), and Business Talent Visa (Subclass 132) combined.

Tasmania

Tasmania state has the second number of most allocated nominations where the nominations made till now is 48 for Skilled Nomination visa (subclass 190), 224 nominations have been made for Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491), However, the  Business Innovation and Investment visa (Subclass 188), and Business Talent Visa (Subclass 132) hasn’t got any nominated migrate yet.

For the applicants who want to apply for immigration in Tasmania, you have the opportunity to get nominations where over 600+ allocated nominations are available to be processed.

Victoria

In Victoria State, there are almost 900+ allocated nominations are available. Which are distributed as 568 for Skilled Nomination visa (subclass 190), 73 nominations available for Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491), 332 for Business Innovation and Investment visa (Subclass 188), and 20 for Business Talent Visa (Subclass 132)

Western Australia

As for Western Australia concerns, it has almost 300 allocated nominations available for the nominations where the Skilled Nomination Visa (Subclass 190) has allocated 205 nominations, Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491) has been allocated 42nominations, Business Innovation and Investment visa (Subclass 188) with 66 nominations, and other 20 nominations is for Business Talent Visa (Subclass 132)

In Conclusion

To conclude, there are almost more than 4000+ allocated nominations available for all states and territories government agency combined to be nominated for the applicants of Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491), Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491), Business Innovation and Investment visa (Subclass 188), and Business Talent Visa (Subclass 132).
