Both streams have strict eligibility criteria and applicants must be recommended by a government agency or an Australian state. Subclass 132 Stream

Significant Business history Stream

This stream is designed for individuals who have a proven track record of success in business and an annual income of at least AUD 1.5 Million. This stream is intended for experienced business owners and entrepreneurs who have already established a successful business in their home country and want to expand it to Australia.

Significant Business history Stream

This stream is intended for individuals who are nominated by the Australian Investment Council and have received funding of AUD 1 Million from an Australian capital firm. This stream is intended for entrepreneurs who are starting a new business or expanding an existing one in Australia and require significant investment capital to do so. This stream is ideal for those who have innovative business ideas that have the potential to grow into large enterprises.

Basic Requirment

To obtain the Business Talent (Permanent) Visa – Subclass 132 in Australia, specific requirements set by the government must be met. It is crucial to meet the visa requirements stated by the Australian government to avoid the rejection of your visa application. For both the Significant Business History Stream and Venture Capital Entrepreneur Stream visas, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

  • Must match the health and character requirements.
  • Must sign the Australian Statement.
  • Must meet the needs of your business.
  • The applicant should be below 55 years.
  • The net asset should be at least AUD 1.5 Million.
  • At least have to know Functional English.
  • Need to submit the details of the nomination.
  • Should have a turnover of at least AUD 3 Million.
  • Should have a net worth of at least AUD 400,000.

Health And Character Requirements
Both the applicant and any accompanying family members must meet the character and health requirements set by the government. If applying from outside of Australia, extended family members must also meet these requirements.
