4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Responding to requests for information in a timely manner.
• Complying with the laws of Australia and your home country.

5. Payments & Fees

Service fees are communicated and agreed upon before any work begins. All fees are payable in the currency and method specified in your service agreement. Government charges and third-party fees are not included in our service fees.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the terms of your individual service agreement. Government fees, third-party charges and completed professional services are non-refundable.

7. Visa & Migration Disclaimer

Visa outcomes are determined solely by the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant authorities. Think Higher Consultants does not guarantee any visa, admission or migration outcome.

8. Third-Party Services

We may refer you to third-party providers such as educational institutions, insurance providers or accommodation services. We are not responsible for the conduct, services or fees of any third party.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think Higher Consultants shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

10. Privacy & Data Usage

We collect and process personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. Information shared with us is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, materials and resources produced by Think Higher Consultants remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our engagement at any time if a client breaches these terms, provides false information or engages in unlawful conduct.

13. Governing Law (Australia)

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
