The promotion does not waive or cover Department of Home Affairs visa charges, tuition fees or third-party expenses.

Applicants must complete Think Higher Consultants’ assessment process and provide complete, accurate, and genuine information and documents.

This promotion is available to offshore applicants only. Applicants must remain offshore when their eligibility is assessed and when the relevant Student Visa application is prepared for lodgement.

Eligibility for the promotion is available to applicants who proceed with student admission and processing through Think Higher Consultants, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

The promotion is also applicable only to selected universities and eligible courses as determined by Think Higher Consultants. Not all universities, institutions, or courses are included in the promotion.

Eligibility depends on the applicant’s individual circumstances, proposed course, institution, and student visa matter. Think Higher Consultants reserves the right to determine whether an applicant, university, course, or application qualifies for the promotion.

The $0 admission service fee may only apply to selected courses, institutions, campuses and intakes available through Think Higher Consultants. Not every education provider or course is necessarily included in the promotion.

Applicants remain responsible for all applicable external costs, including:

• Department of Home Affairs visa application charges
• Tuition and enrolment fees
• OSHC
• Medical examinations
• Biometrics
• English testing
• Police certificates
• Translation or certification
• Other provider, government or third-party charges

The $0 student visa professional service fee applies to standard eligible Student Visa matters accepted under the promotion.

Additional professional fees may apply where substantial additional work is required, including matters involving:

• Previous visa refusals
• Visa cancellations
• Notices of intention to consider cancellation
• Character matters
• Health-related complications
• Public Interest Criterion issues
• Suspected fraudulent or non-genuine documents
• Significant inconsistencies in previous applications
• Complex immigration histories
• Tribunal or court proceedings
• Ministerial intervention
• Extensive submissions outside the standard application process
• Additional or subsequent visa applications
• Re-lodgement following a refusal
• Circumstances substantially different from those originally disclosed

Where additional fees are required, the applicant will be informed before the additional paid work is undertaken.

The promotion applies to the primary student applicant unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Professional fees for spouses, partners, children or other additional applicants may apply depending on the circumstances of the matter. Any applicable additional professional fees will be disclosed before engagement.

If an applicant changes their selected course, institution, intake or study pathway after processing has commenced, Think Higher Consultants may reassess whether the matter continues to qualify for the promotion.

Repeated course changes or multiple admission applications may attract additional professional fees.

Applicants must:

• Provide truthful, complete and accurate information
• Provide genuine documents
• Disclose relevant visa history, including refusals and cancellations
• Respond to requests within reasonable timeframes
• Notify Think Higher Consultants of any material change in circumstances

The promotion may be withdrawn if false, misleading, fraudulent or materially incomplete information is provided.

Admission decisions are made by the relevant education provider. Visa decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs.

Participation in the promotion does not guarantee admission, issuance of a CoE or grant of a Student Visa.

Services outside the agreed scope of the promotion may attract separate professional fees. Any such fees will be discussed and disclosed before additional paid work is undertaken.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, the promotion:

• Applies to new eligible matters commenced during the promotional period
• Cannot be applied retrospectively
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be used to obtain a refund of professional fees already paid
• Cannot ordinarily be combined with another professional fee discount or promotional offer

The promotion is available for a limited period and is subject to eligibility, provider availability, course availability, intake deadlines and team capacity.

Think Higher Consultants may amend, extend, suspend or withdraw the promotion for new applicants at any time.
